PRODUCT FEATURES

DESCRIPTION

CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® is a low VOC (5g/L) copolymer semi-penetrating, water based sealer that enhances sheen and stain resistance for epoxy and cementitious terrazzo type floors. TCC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® can be burnished quickly with a 3,000 grit or higher Diamond Impregnated Pad for a high shine. CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® resists scuffing and surface abrasion while providing water and stain resistance protection. CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® is manufactured in the U.S.A.

PREPARATION

Ensure that any new terrazzo is fully cured prior to application. Surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned wax or other contaminants for optimum penetration. Always prepare a test area to check for staining and discoloration of materials.

WARNING: CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® is intended for use on industrial and commercial floor type surfaces. Protect People, property, vehicles, animals, glass, plants, and any other surfaces other than those receiving CC&L International   TriSeel SP® from splash, overspray, residue and wind-drift.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not apply to areas subject to constant or excessive moisture or hydrostatic pressure
• Not intended to stop water penetration 

TEMPERATURE GUIDELINES

Ambient temperature during application should be 40-90°F (4-32°C). Do not apply CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® below or above these temperatures. Avoid application in high winds.

CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® is compliant with most local, state and national VOC regulations. Including the following:

APPLICATION

Read and fully understand all “Preparation” and “Safety Information”, prior to the application of CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish®. Always test surfaces for desired results prior to commencing work. Recommended method of application is with a low-pressure (40 psi or less) pump sprayer and a conical tip with a microfiber pad and applicator.  Best performance is achieved by applying two light applications.

1. Damper microfiber pad with CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish®.  Apply in one continuous light application. Apply enough CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® to obtain full surface coverage.
2. Spread CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® with a microfiber pad and applicator. Allow time to dry. Do not allow CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® to pool or puddle.
3. Once dry, burnish surface with a high speed machine and 3,000 grit or higher diamond-impregnated maintenance pad.
4. On porous surfaces apply a second application to provide optimum surface protection.

COVERAGE

CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® is ready-to-use and should be diluted with with any other material.

Coverage is,

• 2,000 to 2,500 square feet per U.S. gallon.
• 186 to 209 square meters per U.S. Gallon

DRYING TIME

Light foot traffic may be allowed a minimum of one hour after CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® has dried. Surfaces should be protected from excessive moisture and vehicular traffic for a minimum of 24 hours after application. Stain resistance begins 24 hours after application and full resistance is typically achieved in seven days.

CLEAN-UP

Clean tools and equipment immediately with water. Rundowns and spills should be removed immediately. Do not reuse containers.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Store CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® in a cool dry area. Keep containers upright and tightly closed when not in use. Do not allow CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® to freeze. CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® should be discarded if freezing does occur. Product has approximate shelf life of 1 year with factory-sealed container stored under instructed conditions. Do not mix CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® with other chemicals. Maintain temperatures of 45-105° F (7-40° C). Dispose of unused product in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. 

MAINTENANCE

Remove staining agents from treated areas as soon as possible. Contact manufacturer for repair recommendations.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Reference the Material Safety Data sheet prior to handling and applying CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish®. CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® may be an irritant to the skin, eyes and respiratory system. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Breathing vapors or mists produced by this product should be avoided. Always use appropriate eye protection and chemical resistant apparel. Keep work area ventilated. Use safety equipment and other necessary controls during application and handling. CC&L International TriSeel Ultimate Floor Finish® is non-flammable and non-combustible.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY. 

FIRSTAID

Ingestion:
DO NOT induce vomiting. Contact physician or Poison Control Center immediately.

Eye Contact:
Immediately flush eyes for 15 minutes in clear running water; hold eyelids open. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Skin Contact:
Wash affected area with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Inhalation:
Move to a fresh air area. 

Skin Contact:
Wash affected area with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Claims must be made in writing and received within 90 days from date of product sale to original buyer. Sole remedy shall be replacement of product proven defective.
