DESCRIPTION

CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® is a low VOc (1gL) maintenance cleaner specifically designed for terrazzo floors. CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® removes dirt, grease and other contaminants while preserving the terrazzo surface. CC&L International  TriSeel Clean Concentrate® does not contain harsh chemicals that damage terrazzo or leave residual build-up as many other cleaners do. CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® is manufactured in the U.S.A.

PREPARATION

It is important to make sure that CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® is used without contamination from the environment and dirty application equipment. For best results remove dirt, grit and other materials from floor surface with dust mop or vacuum. 

WARNING: CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® is intended for use on industrial and commercial floor type surfaces. People, property, vehicles, animals, plants, and all surfaces not intended for use with this product should be protected accordingly.

TEMPERATURE GUIDELINES

Ambient temperature during application should be 40-80°F (4-26°C). Do not apply CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® below or above these temperatures. 

REGALATORY COMPLIENCE

CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® is compliant with all local, state and national VOC regulations.  

DILUTION

CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® should be diluted with clean, potable water. (Distilled Water Is Preferred)

Typical dilution is,

• Normal cleaning = (2) ounces cleaner per 15 gallons of water.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Read and fully understand all “Preparation” and “Safety Information”, prior to the application of CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate®. Always test surfaces for desired results prior to commencing work.

1. Apply with an auto-scrubber or mop.
2. Do not allow CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® to pool or puddle.
3. Rinsing surface only required after deep cleaning.

CLEAN-UP

Clean tools and equipment with fresh water. Do not reuse containers.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Store CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® in a cool dry area. Keep containers upright and tightly closed when not in use. Do not allow CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® to freeze. CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® should be discarded if freezing does occur. Product has approximate shelf life of 2 years with factory-sealed container stored under instructed conditions. Do not mix CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® with other chemicals. Maintain temperatures of 45-105° F (7-40° C). Dispose of unused product in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Reference the Material Safety Data sheet prior to handling and applying CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate®. CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® may be an irritant to the skin, eyes and respiratory system. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Breathing vapors or mists produced by this product should be avoided. Always use appropriate eye protection and chemical resistant apparel. Keep work area ventilated. Use safety equipment and other necessary controls during application and handling. CC&L International TriSeel Clean Concentrate® is non-flammable and non-combustible. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY.

 FIRSTAID

Ingestion:
DO NOT induce vomiting. Contact physician or Poison Control Center immediately.

Eye Contact:
Immediately flush eyes for 15 minutes in clear running water; hold eyelids open. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Skin Contact:
Wash affected area with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Inhalation:
Move to a fresh air area.

The applicator is responsible to test and determine product suitability for each intended purpose. CC&L International warrants this product to be free of defects only, unless otherwise required by law.

Since manufacturer does not exercise control of product’s use or project conditions, CC&L International, represents and warrants only that this product is of consistent quality within manufacturing tolerances. NO OTHER ORAL OR WRITTEN REPRESENTATION OR STATEMENT OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS AUTHORIZED OR WARRANTED BY CC&L International, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THE EFFECTS OR RESULTS OF SUCH USE. CC&L International WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR DELAYS OR LOST PROFITS.

Claims must be made in writing and received within 90 days from date of product sale to original buyer. Sole remedy shall be replacement of product proven defective.
